DESCRIPTION:\n\nIN-PERSON | VIRGINIA STATE CAPITOL\n\n\n\nVCNP's Lobby Day 
 is a day to advocate for nurses and the nursing profession at the General 
 Assembly. All NPs (and their colleagues\, students\, family\, NP-supporter
 s\, etc.) are welcome to join us. Our session will include an overview of 
 our policy platform\, our bill progress\, tools for reaching legislators\,
  and talking points to share with them about our current legislation.\nAtt
 endees will be grouped to attend meetings scheduled by our lobbyist. We wi
 ll hold a pre-meeting gathering where attendees can grab resources\, ask q
 uestions\, and connect with our lobbyist who will guide you every step of 
 the way!\nGet involved in advocacy! Join VCNP in our efforts to advance NP
  practice and ensure that all Virginians have access to healthcare. We loo
