Attention Richmond Region VCNP Members! Please consider nominating a fellow Richmond VCNP member for one of the following awards! Award recipients will be announced at the September 18th Richmond Pharmacology conference and will receive $250! 1. Donna Campanella Distinguished Nurse Practitioner Award Purpose – To honor a member who has demonstrated excellence and initiative in one or more of the following categories: **Clinical Practice **Leadership **Research **Contributions to the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners on either the local or state levels. 2. Outstanding Nurse Practitioner Student Award Purpose: To honor a student member who shows exceptional motivation and significant potential in contributing to the role of nurse practitioner. Nominees should demonstrate excellence and initiative in one or more of the following categories: **Clinical Practice **Leadership **Research 3. Outstanding NP Preceptor Award Purpose- To honor a member who has shown outstanding dedication to the preceptor role in cultivating the learning and professional growth of future generations of nurse practitioners. Eligibility: All award nominees must be a VCNP member and nominated by a VCNP member.
