Meetings

The Northern Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners holds dinner meetings on the second Thursday of the following months: January, March, May, September, and November. The dinner meetings are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies at various locations in Northern Virginia. Our meetings are also announced in our newsletter. The first meeting is free to NP students and to nurse practitioners who are new to our area.

Please register by 4pm on the Sunday before the Thursday dinner meeting at rsvpfornvcnp@yahoo.com. Please write RSVP in the subject line and type your name in the body of the e-mail. You will receive an automated response within 24 hours.

The NVCNP publishes a bimonthly newsletter for its membership. Items for publication should be submitted to Kathy Dewey at Kdeweyfnp@aol.com. The newsletter publishes announcements about meetings, educational seminars, committee reports, job openings and other matters of interest to the membership. The deadline for publication is the 15th of the month before the next meeting.
